NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services is pleased to announce that it has been selected as Tenzing’s chosen Depositary provider to support with the firm’s regulatory oversight requirements.

Headquartered in London, Tenzing is a founder-focussed, growth private equity firm, investing in a diversified portfolio of high growth tech and tech enabled businesses valued between £10m and £100m located in the UK and Europe.

Tenzing specialises in supporting market leaders and challenger businesses to transform companies into disruptors and international powerhouses within their markets.

NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services has been successful in securing this critical governance role because of its independent model, which allows the fund to exhibit a best-in-class governance structure with a clear segregation of the respective Fund Administrator and Depositary roles.

Speaking of the appointment, Matthew Hiscock, Head of Alternative Funds, Business Development UK, NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services, said:

"NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services is pleased to have been selected by Tenzing’s board as their chosen Depositary provider and support their Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive regulatory requirements."

"It is fantastic to be working with a client whose strategy is closely aligned with our own purpose of championing potential, helping people, families, and businesses to thrive."

Tenzing’s Finance Director, Dave Sims said:

"We are delighted to have NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services on board to support us with our regulatory oversight requirements. We are confident their independent model has added significant value to the Fund from an ESG perspective."

"As a responsible and registered provider, we look forward to benefiting from NatWest’s Alternative Funds experience allowing us to meet investor requirements on ESG related issues."
