How do I report fraud or suspicious activity?

Report fraud on your bank account

Report a suspicious email or text message

Report a suspicious email

 

Fraudsters often send random emails pretending to be from banks. If you have received a fraudulent or suspicious email, and not responded to it, please forward the e-mail to phishing@rbsint.com.

 

However, if you have responded to the e-mail, and/or you suspect that any of your accounts with us have been accessed online by someone other than yourself, please contact us immediately on 0800 161 5154 (Minicom 0845 900 5960). When calling from abroad please dial +44 1268 500874 (Minicom +44 141 308 8045).

 

Report a suspicious text message

 

If you have received a suspicious text message referring to RBS International, please forward the text to us at 0044 7860 009378.
