eQ Mobile app is available to eQ online banking customers using a compatible Apple iPhone. Touch ID & Face ID are available on selected Apple devices.
Installing eQ Mobile
- Ensure your system administrator has enabled eQ Mobile permissions on your profile
- Search for eQ Mobile in the Apple App Store
- Install the app on one device only
- Register your connections using your smartcard & reader
eQ Mobile is only available for Apple iPhones with operating system version 12.4 or above. Visit the Apple Support website to confirm your device's operating system.
