Instructions for account amendments

Updating your account details

This section will enable you to view the minimum requirements to enable you to instruct us to make amendments to your accounts. If you are requesting multiple changes please ensure that you view each category for the different requirements.

Choose your amendment

Please provide the following:

  • a letter signed by a director / company secretary confirming the change and rationale for the change together with confirmation that there are no further changes
  • a certified copy of the register of directors
  • a list of account numbers to be updated
  • a certified copy of the Change of Name Certificate

 

For those intermediary customers who are already familiar with our Intermediary Forms page, please download the relevant mandate you require and email the completed form to ~institutionalbankingamendments@rbsint.com.

If you require a direct (non intermediary) version of the mandate or in a different branding please contact the Institutional Banking Amendments team at ~institutionalbankingamendments@rbsint.com for the correct mandate form you will need to complete for the specific entity type you hold an account for.

In addition to the new mandate, you will also need to provide:

  • an updated register of directors / members or partners to verify the individual(s) or corporate body signing the mandate is/are authorised to do so
  • a list of account numbers to be updated

Please contact the Institutional Banking Amendments team at ~institutionalbankingamendments@rbsint.com for the correct mandate form you will need to complete for the specific entity type you hold an account for.

In addition to the new mandate, you will also need to provide:

  • an updated register of directors / members or partners to verify the individual(s) or corporate body signing the mandate is/are authorised to do so
  • a list of account numbers to be updated

  • a completed Change of Signing Authority form (refer to the Institutional Banking Amendments team at ~institutionalbankingamendments@rbsint.com for the specific form you will need)
  • an updated register of directors / members or partners to verify the individual(s) or corporate body signing the mandate is/are authorised to do so
  • a full list of account numbers to be updated

Please provide the following:

  • a dated authorised signatory list including clear signing rules – if providing a copy it should certified by a Director or Company Secretary
  • a covering letter signed by a director or Company secretary instructing the change – the instruction can also be accepted by email if it comes from a Director / Company Secretary
  • a list of account numbers to be updated. Please detail any accounts that hold third party signing rules
  • an up to date register of directors and company secretary to verify the individual(s) or corporate body signing the form is/are authorised to do so

 

Please provide the following:

  • an email / letter confirming the change
  • an up to date Structure Chart on company letterhead which includes:
    • the authors name, role, position and signature
    • the full ownership and control structure of the entity (Including the ultimate beneficial owners)
    • the registered country of each entity
    • details of significant controller and delivery channel 
  • a signed up to date register of directors / members or partners
  • a fully-completed additional party form

Please provide the following:

  • an email / letter confirming the change

  • a completed liquidator's mandate (with associated signatory list if applicable). Please contact the amendments team at ~institutionalbankingamendments@rbsint.com to request the mandate
  • a certified copy of the court order appointing the liquidator (for a compulsory liquidation)
  • a certified copy of the members' resolution appointing the liquidator (for a voluntary liquidation)
