Welcome to eQ
eQ is an electronic banking system that provides you with information on all your cash accounts and fixed term deposits. It enables you to create and authorise payments online and offers system administration at your office.
There are three roles that a user can perform within eQ and you will have your own log in details to allow you to carry out the tasks you are authorised to do.
A User has the ability to perform general account information enquiries and input payments.
An Authoriser has the ability to authorise payments using a smartcard and reader.
An Administrator has the ability to set up and maintain new Users (without Administrator or Authoriser access rights). They maintain and allocate accounts to Users.
Please note the roles are not mutually exclusive.
