Our free Customer Service Review is for everyone who wants to get the most from their finances. For example, you might be:

  • Juggling repayments on credit cards and loans
  • Paying too much for your mortgage

What to expect

You'll speak face-to-face with one of our specialist Customer Advisers. The session takes between half an hour and an hour.

If you would like to see an appropriate specialist (for example, to discuss investments), you can ask your Customer Adviser to arrange this for you.

Your Customer Service Review is free of charge and usually takes between half an hour and an hour, depending on your financial needs.

Your Customer Adviser will go through any existing arrangements you may have made and answer any questions you may have. If you decide on changes or improvements, your Customer Adviser will provide written details of the Bank's products and services, as well as possibly arranging for you to see an appropriate specialist.
